- Our Cleaning Process & Method used
- We use a multi-step process geared to your needs! All packages that we offer include:
- the protecting of your home and furnishing,
- a pre-treatment of carpeted areas,
- we treat individual spots and stains (paint, grease/oil, ink, coffee, wine & more)
- a thorough rinse using our truck-mounted steam cleaning unit
- all furniture that was moved with be replaced with protective pads.
Optional to you is a pre-vacuuming, removal of furnishing and a carpet protectant re-applied!
We use the steam cleaning method, otherwise known as Hot Water Extraction. Hot Water Extraction is the only method recommended by Shaw Carpet Manufacturers, they also go one step further and recommend the use of equipment that is certified under the Carpet and Rug Institute's Seal of Approval program. (CRI Gold Level is most recommended!) Other methods can void your warranty!
